Team M.A.D

The whole ethos of M.A.D is that we are a team...there's no one rider within the team who is singled out to be the 'star of the show'.
We work together to give the very best demonstration of the skills of our incredibly talented riders.
When we first started in 1996, our small outfit pioneered the Trials Display market and, inevitably, new teams are entering the marketplace using our business as a model for their own outfit. Despite this, these teams will discover that nothing can replace the fourteen years of experience M.A.D has gained.
We wish them luck - our learning curve in the last fourteen years has been......well 'steep'.
Understandably, these new teams are tendering for contracts at stunningly low prices to secure the job.
We wish those teams luck....almost as much luck as we offer their client.

Running a display team is not as simple as turning up and pulling a bike out of a hatchback car.
There is a raft of compliance and regulatory points that need to be covered. There are indemnity issues arising and we have seen unnecessary risks being taken by one team.
When describing her experience with that new team, the client said to our Legal Director, "We paid peanuts - and we got monkeys."
As a client you need to be assured that all the compliance matters have been dealt with and that there are contingency plans in place - M.A.D can support three teams on the road at once.
M.A.D rightfully holds itself out as the No.1 team. The smart executives at Land Rover support winning teams and sucessful events. No wonder then that they are our Champion Sponsor.

The demand for International performances is on the rise. In the first two months of 2010, our riders performed in India and Bahrain.
The extent of the support we give to the Bicycle Helmet Initiative Trust and Sustrans is possible only because of the depth of experience in the team.
Our riders enjoy the very best support and equipment.
Behind the scenes, the five members of the back office staff strive to support the riders in dealing with the routine but essential issues involving CRB checks, H&S assessments, contracts and sponsorship.

"The whole of the M.A.D team is dedicated to supporting your event. If you want to give the very best for your audience, then cannot go wrong when you choose the No.1 Team."
